Grade 3 – Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), Kenya

Grade 3 is the final stage of Lower Primary education under Kenya’s CBC, designed for learners typically aged 8 years. It consolidates the literacy, numeracy, and life skills built across Grades 1 and 2, preparing learners for the transition to Upper Primary and the increased academic and personal independence it demands.
